I'm actually hard at work behind the scenes developing a life-changing new product. It's crazy the number of moving parts it takes to launch something new. My current launch checklist has 22 points and I haven't even touched on the marketing to-do's yet!

#2 A/B Testing for Email Broadcasts

Founders have access to this feature now. It's heading out to everyone over the next few weeks.

#3 Kajabi Payments new feature 

allows editing of price for existing multi-pay or subscription transactions of individual customers. Now you can increase or discount the price for one customer. You'll need to turn this feature on in Settings >> Labs to use it.

Two Ways to Split Test

#1 Landing Pages

Split testing landing pages involves creating A and B versions of a page to determine which performs better in achieving your desired outcome, such as sales or opt-ins. By tweaking elements like headlines, images, call-to-action buttons, or layout, you can analyze which variation resonates most with your audience. 

• Alternate links in marketing emails
• Rotate links in social media posts.
• Use varied links in paid ads

#2 Email Broadcasts

Split testing email broadcasts involves sending different versions of an email to small segments of your audience to see which performs better in terms of open rates or click-through rates. Variables to test include subject lines, sender names, email content, images, and call-to-action buttons. 

One Discussion - "Do I need a community?

Only you know the answer.

Pros:

• Members are more likely to participate in discussions, share their experiences, and stay active in your programs
• Peer support can complement your coaching, providing additional value to members.
• Helps you understand clients' needs, preferences, and pain points more effectively.
• Satisfied community members can become brand advocates, spreading the word about your services.
• A strong community can lead to higher client retention rates as members feel connected and valued.
• You can monetize the community through membership fees, exclusive content, or special events.
• Engaging discussions and success stories can be repurposed into testimonials, case studies, or social media posts.

Cons:

• Regular moderation, content creation, and engagement activities are necessary to keep the community vibrant.
• Disagreements and conflicts can arise among members, requiring effective moderation and conflict resolution skills.
• Keeping the community active and engaging requires ongoing effort.
• Building a community from scratch can be challenging and may take time to attract and engage members.
• Requires active moderation to prevent spam, misinformation, or inappropriate behavior.
• Members may have high expectations for support and interaction, which can be demanding to meet.
