Everyone is an expert at something.

Step #1 Dial in what that niche is, who it is that wants to learn from you, and finally what platforms to reach them.

3 Ways to Bring Website Traffic

2 Peas in a Pod - Social Media Plus Weekly Content

1 Comparison: Free Community vs Paid Community

I've just discovered the brand Erewhon. Now I'm obsessed with Googling all their recipes. This morning was an acai smoothie bowl with superfood toppings. Perhaps I'll design their copycat cookbook someday ...

Three Ways to Bring Website Traffic

How can I get more clients? That's the golden question.

#1 Social Media

The general advice is to choose the platform your audience is on, but the reality is that you're more likely to post on the platform that you enjoy. There are a variety of people on every platform and your target market is likely on your fav platform as well. Forget about trying to optimize your posting times. Just post valuable material and be consistent in daily participation.

#2 Blogging for SEO

When perusing the Kajabi want ads, I see so many "build me a high converting website" requests. The truth is that a consistently posted blog (at least once weekly) is going to get you ranked higher than any website created with magic keywords. The more words you can give Google to work with, the more valuable your website appears. That said, here's an article about Kajabi website SEO >>

#3 Collaborations & Partnerships

Collaborative content can include a shared webinar, podcast, or co-authored article. It's a way to leverage each other's audiences.

Two Peas in a Pod - Social Media Plus Weekly Content

Creating a continuous cycle of content production (say that 3x fast) and promoting that content to attract website visitors = Weekly Content + Social

Why...

  • Weekly content gives you regular material to share on social media, driving consistent traffic to your website.
  • You can cross-promote your content on different social platforms, reaching a wider audience and increasing the chances of your content being shared.
  • Regular content updates boost your SEO efforts, while social media shares and backlinks move up your site’s search rankings.
  • Consistent, valuable content helps establish you as an authority in your niche, while social media allows you to showcase this expertise to a broader audience.

Clearly, the word of the year is CONSISTENCY.

One Comparison: Free Community vs Paid Community

Free Community Pro:

  • no cost barrier so more people are likely to join, leading to a larger and more diverse community
  • with more members, there's potential for higher engagement
  • a free community can serve as a funnel for paying clients/customers
  • wider reach of a free community can significantly boost your brand’s visibility and reputation

Free Community Con:

  • managing a large community requires time and resources to moderate, create content, and keep members engaged
  • with open access, maintaining the quality of interactions and content can be challenging
  • generating revenue directly from a free community can be difficult

Paid Community Pro:

  • paying members are typically more committed and engaged
  • provides a direct revenue stream
  • you can afford to spend time creating higher quality content and support
  • exclusivity may attract serious and like-minded individuals who value the community

Paid Community Con:

  • cost barrier could limit members, so smaller community
  • paying members have higher expectations, requiring consistent delivery of exceptional content and experiences
  • convincing people to pay for membership requires strong marketing of value
