3 Community Niches
2 Simple Tips for Weekly Engagement
1 Method to Refresh Your Program's Look
We lost our I7-year-old pup this past week.
So this edition is dedicated to her.
Her name was Jenji, a puggle (pug/beagle) that came to us when she was 5. She loved all people and was relentless in being the center of attention at any party.
If she built a community, it would be all humans. No other dogs allowed.

Three Community Niches
#1 Others Interested in Your Niche
The first obvious community to create would be others that would be interested in learning from you. Jenji would create a community for humans that owned puggles. It would include where to get a puggle, common puggle ailments, and how to care for your puggle.
#2 Coach the Coaches
Your second community could be others doing exactly what you're doing. There are human trainers that attempt to show puggles the right way to walk, eat and play. Jenji would create a community of human trainers that would show other humans how to care for their puggle.
#3 Collaborators
There are others who have the same target market as you, but offer different services or products. In Jenji's world, there are many humans who target other puggle owners to offer services such as obedience training, walking for exercise, pet sitting, grooming, photography, and costumes. This is a collaborative community that gets together and offer packages of services to grow each others' audiences.

Two Simple Tips for Weekly Engagement
There's a new Kajabi feature in town, the newsletter. Now you have yet another way to get in touch with your email list weekly.
#1 The Classic: Weekly Blog Post
Once your blog is posted each week, send out a notification to your list. The number of clicks on that link is going to tell you if they're interested in this subject. Bonus, each blog posts increases your chance of getting found in search.
Jenji was always trying to get me to write posts about her human friends and their anecdotes around life with a puggle.
#2 Weekly Newsletter
In Kajabi, your newsletter can now be offered in 2 ways - using a branded newsletter template or using the new Newsletter feature. Keep in mind that the new feature does use up one of your Products. The new Newsletter offers commentary at the bottom and a "subscribe" button so posting automatically goes out to your list instead of designing an email broadcast.
Which is better - an email broadcast or the new newsletter feature?
Truthfully, neither is superior. It's just a different interface. For me, I'm going to stick to this format until a few bugs have been worked out of the new Newsletter feature.
For some reason, Jenji's weekly newsletter never really took off. Maybe because it was called, "Puggle Palooza: News, Nonsense, and Nose Boops". I told her it was a bad idea but she wouldn't listen. Typical puggle.
One Method to Refresh Your Program's Look
You probably chose a Kajabi theme at the beginning of building your website and online program.
Did you know that you can also choose a Product theme for each one of your products?
It's possible that a different theme would showcase your Online Program better than the default Premier theme that you're probably using.
Go into Course Product and click Customize where you'll find other themes to peruse.
