Three Business Ideas to Implement Right Now
#1 Work in 90-Day Sprints
Identify accomplishments your business is going to achieve in the next three months. Next, break the goal into actionable weekly tasks that need to be completed in order to meet that goal.
90-Day Sprint Ideas:

Outline an upcoming promotion: flash sale, launch, evergreen a product

Design a plan for product enhancement: add value or update an existing product

#2 Map Out Your Value Ladder
A value ladder is a marketing concept that represents a series of products or services. The term "ladder" implies that customers can ascend from one level to the next as they receive greater value. Your goal is to come up with an offer for each of the categories.

What would supplement your signature offer?
Think five years from now.
Are these all offers one person would purchase as they move up the value ladder?
How can the person who takes your signature course two years from now want a VIP or private coaching?
Lower priced products will get them there.
#3 Reframe your Pricing Presentation
Gone are the times of touting, "Regularly $25,000 this program today is only $999". Your customer needs to know where that price tag came from.
This is where apples and oranges come in. By showing how your price was derived, you'll come across as more credible.
Examples:

"Hiring a personal trainer would cost $100 a session while my monthly workout subscription is just $49 a month with unlimited classes."

"If you hired me for 1:1 coaching, I charge $200 a session but I'm offering this group coaching package for just $49 a session."
Each example offers an alternative pricier version of your offering. This is known as "price anchoring" if you'd like to Google a little more about it.

#1 Tagging to Send Email Sequences
Choose a contact or a segment of your contacts. Bulk tag them to cause an entire email sequence to begin going out.
IDEA: Use this tagging feature to send a sales sequence to those that have been on your list for a while but not yet purchased.
