  1. Kajabi Email Campaigns: Open up your email campaigns and you'll see all the statistics you need. Disregard the "open rate" category, however, since the iOS updates made that stat irrelevant and inaccurate. The most important is the click rate. How is your click rate doing and what are they clicking on? How is your unsubscribe rate doing?

  2. Conversion Tracking: Once someone clicks on an email, it shows they have interest in that particular topic. From here, you can trigger Kajabi to begin sending them an email sequence on that particular topic that of course eventually leads to a sales page. How does the conversion rate on that sales page look? Based on these stats, you'll know whether or not your email sequence needs tweaking.

  3. Always Be Testing: Even when your marketing funnel is set up, it is never "done". You could always be testing out new subject lines, call-to-actions, content formats and layouts. When clicks and sales improve, even if it's a small number, that's improvement. Of course, you could always split your audience in half and test out two different email funnels, if you have a large enough audience. You'll then analyze the results to determine which variation performed better in terms of click-through rates and conversions. 

  4. Feedback and Surveys: Collecting feedback from your subscribers through surveys or feedback forms can provide qualitative insights into the effectiveness of your emails. Ask your subscribers about their preferences, content interests, or any specific feedback on your email campaigns. This information can help you tailor your emails to better meet their needs and improve engagement.
