Edition 2: Apr 23, 2024 - It's not failure it's 10k ways that will not work
Apr 23, 2024
Concise and Actionable. Every Tuesday.
How about this glorious spring weather? Fab for music festivals and dinner al fresco. Highlight of the week. My art was in its first vernissage last Saturday. Ask me for a photo. Downside of the week. I got poison ivy. Again.
Enjoy 3-2-1.
Thank you to this week's sponsor.
3 Marketing Implementation Ideas
#1 Ditch the "schedule a consult" button. Embed Calendly directly on your website. Watch your calendar fill up.
#2 Rather than launching a monthly podcast, host a virtual audio summit. 12 guests, 12 audio files, 1 landing page.
#3 Increase SEO. Be consistent. Post one 2,000 word blog a week. That's 104,000 new words for Google to crawl and suggest your website as the authority in your niche. Alternatively, continue wondering why Google isn't suggesting your site.
Two Actionable Kajabi Tips
#1 Analyze where they're getting stuck.
Two ways to track progress of your clients/students.
- By Student: Click on a course to open the outline. Top of page will be Customers. Click on a customer to see specific progress.
- By Course: Click on a course to open the outline. Inside the outline, open a video lesson. Below the video, click Video Actions then Video Stats.
- What to do with this information:
- Email Automation upon completion of the lesson prior, "you're about to approach a difficult lesson - remember I'm here for you to help with questions".
- Offer a free group session focused on the lesson.
- Consider breaking up the lesson into smaller bite-size steps.
- Offer additional resources such as a visual map.
#2 Design a Customized Course Navigation.
When your course has multiple modules, provide an easier way to get around. Offer a new tab for each module in the header.
One Kajabi Feature on the Horizon
#1 An actual shop cart. Buy multiple items at checkout.

Choose Your Quote of the Week
#1 Be happy but never satisfied.
#2 Procrastination is the art of keeping up with yesterday.
#3 As you think, so shall you will become.
