You already know you need an email sequence when presenting a new offer, but what to include in it? Here is a simplified version of what's required. Be sure to personalize the emails, keep them concise, and have a clear call-to-action in each message. 

#1 Announce offer and deadline

  • Briefly introduce the product/service/campaign and its main benefits
  • Highlight its unique value proposition and how it addresses your audience's pain points

#2 Social proof

  • Share testimonials, reviews, case studies, or user-generated content related to the product/service/campaign
  • Demonstrating positive experiences from real customers will increase trust and credibility

#3 Recap offer (long-form email)

  • Focus on the key features and benefits of the product/service/campaign.
  • Explain how it can make your subscribers' lives easier, better, or more enjoyable.

#4 video + bonus – video from phone

  • Include visuals or videos to showcase the offering
  • Introduce a bonus if they buy now rather than later

#5 FAQ

  • Address common questions or objections that potential customers might have
  • Provide reassuring answers and overcome any barriers to purchase

#6 72-hours left + benefits

  • Create urgency by introducing a limited-time offer or early-bird discount
  • Encourage subscribers to take action now to benefit from the special deal

#7 48 hours left (video from phone)

  • As the launch date approaches its end, send a reminder of the limited-time offer
  • Emphasize the benefits and encourage subscribers to take action

#8 24 hours left – no bonus or price increase

  • Final urgency push by limited the bonus to this day only

#9 last day

  • Focus on the key features and benefits of the program
  • Explain how it can make your subscribers' lives easier, better, or more enjoyable

#10 last call

  • Send a final reminder of the limited-time offer
  • Emphasize the benefits one last time and encourage subscribers to take action

Over time, you can improve this sequence by testing different subject lines, content formats, and send times to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
